Who was your complaint against? I'm just curious who I should look out for.

Join Angie's List. I've used it for a few years and it's pretty reliable.

I got notified today that the BBB is closing the case and said the employer made a good faith effort to resolve the matter. Basically the BBB just accepted employer's response. I would like to know what in the heck was the good faith effort? The employer did absolutely nothing to resolve the matter. Nothing at all. Moreoever, it isn't even going to be on their record a complaint was filed. So what good is the Tulsa BBB? Do I have to be taken for several thousand dollars and absolutely no work be done and the company owners have fled the country before I get some action from the Tulsa BBB? Since my complaint was for only $65.00...just wasn't enough to mess with. I am not going to bother with the Tulsa BBB anymore. It is a joke!

Default BBB harrasment

I am a small business owner. I have received 4 calls from the BBB in the last two weeks. They told me that I could get a good rating from them if I payed them $300 annual dues. I am able to keep my rates low for my clients because I don't pay their game. I provide high quality work at extremely low rates for the elderly people in the Tulsa area.
as far as I am concerned I will not pay what I consider extortion money for a "good rating" from them.
my customer know me and are constantly referring me to their friends.
I don't need their harassment.
