I am sure most of you have heard of the Riverwalk and the River District. The Riverwalk is the development just N of the Jenks bridge as you cross the river. Phase 1 is already done, and Phase 2 is finally, actually underway right now. http://www.riverwalkcrossing.com/

The billion dollar River District has been doing the groundwork for a while. This phase is expected to take a year.

But recently there has been some work going on just to the south of the lighthouse as you cross the river and start into Jenks. I had overheard some info on it before, but today found this....
