I lived at 344 S. Yorktown for five years now. Kendall-Whittier area has improved but there is still drug problems going on just like the one across from my house. The drug traffic is so bad I can barely get in and out of my driveway to go to work or anywhere. There are two four-plex housing on our street that seem to let anyone who deals, smokes, sells, snorts, and shoots live there. Now we even have two hookers who live there. In Apt A across the street you have 4 boys ages 6 -16 yrs old the mother and who ever she is with at the time staying in a one bedroom apartment. I wish someone could give me advice on how to put a stop to all of this. This street would be great to live on if we could just get these rundown before they fall down four plex housing off of our street so that the drug addicts can move somewhere else. Help City of Tulsa.

Default 10th & Lewis

I used to live just south of 11th, and it was an adjustment, but I can recommend my part of KW. I think: if it looks like an "ify" block go with that and check out another. Also: the street of 6th and the street of Atlanta are, still, in need of redevelopment. To me, those are an automatic stear-clear, if for looks alone.
