That's no biggie. First, no real actor or model uses "explore talent". If you read about them on the internet, you'll see why.

The vast majority of people on these "reality shows" are wanna be actors/models. This is just another step on the way.

None of them b--ches are gonna change. It's all for TV. They will go back to their lives and nothing will change. I blame the parents for that crap. Didn't they listen to that song from Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory about Spoiled Brats?
