That was my favorite show growing up( I'm 37) and Kelly was my first TV crush( followed by Cindy Crawford even though she's not TV, you see my point.) Now that I'm married with a teenager the show resonates with me more and I can honestly sit there and watch a re-run, listen to Al talk and think " yep, been there". Heck, on certain days, I'll find my wife in, as I call it " Peggy mode". I wish I had a teenage daughter so I could use some of Al's gems like " touch her and I'll hang you with your own colon." But I digress, fond memories of the show?

I used to watch the show and laugh at it but some of the comments about woman and all the girls in skimpy outfits I felt were too degrading to woman so I stopped watching. It could be funny though

What's odd is as much as Al acts like he's repulsed by Peggy and would like to leave her, neither Peggy nor Al has ever really cheated on each other. Al has had opportunities to cheat on Peggy but always returned.
