I miss those series from the early 2000s such as Blind Date...they were hilarious..now there's just the Bachelor which can be a little drawn-out & boring at times.
I went into labor watching Blind Date. That was in 2000. I think it disappeared not that long after. We didn't have cable back then so our choices were very limited but we religiously watched that show. I have fond memories of it only for that reason.
I think there was also one called Third Wheel or something like that. I liked that one. I think they were like on a bus. Also that one that came on MTV where they would search the room of the potential boyfriend/girlfriend and select a partner strictly on what they found in their room. Loved that one!

Edit: It was called The Fifth Wheel and Room Raiders
There was another similar show - the 5th Wheel, I think. It was hosted by the actress/comedienne Aisha Tyler. She cracked me up how she would rag on the daters.
I swear, my taste in TV shows is so lowbrow sometimes. LOL.
Maybe that wasn't the show we watched. It was on every weeknight in 2000. Who knows. We were pretty limited in our choices back then. I know that once we came home with the baby we didn't watch much tv, anyway.
I went out(once!) with a guy that later turned up on Blind Date. I had never seen the show before, was just flipping through the channels, and saw the guy. I called a friend who had met him, and we were thoroughly enjoyed snarking on him while watching. He was hot, but watching his date reminded me why I had declined a second date.
I loved Blind Date and 5th Wheel. Funny all the time and hey, makes you less worried about dating, cause you know it could have been worse.
