I think it was about 20 years ago or more when i saw this on TV. I sat down and there was a family driving in an 80's Cadillac in a blizzard when the driver jammed on the brakes due to icing, and the car smashed thru the edge rail and plummeted off the elevated roadway.

any idea as to the name of this TV (or regular) movie?
