C'mon producers, quit copying each reality show, no more bringing back previous contestants, it's like moldy old baggage, we want fresh new faces.

I would love Survivor to be what it once was - Where they actually had to survive for food and water. The comps are all boring. Water and puzzles, Water and Puzzles. Yawn....

I saw on a commercial last night, Jeff Probst saying how 16 NEW faces would be coming BUT we also have to watch two old ones too. Coach Wade being one of them. I don't mind Ozzy too much since I have no recollection of him and his season but Coach? This will be his 3rd time. Oh wait, Boston Rob was on 3 times too, wasn't he, and that I didn't mind at all. Oops.

Yes, that was really good to see them really try to survive out there. I wonder if it was too much reality?? Maybe not enough people wanted to try when you really had to starve? Maybe there were legal problems with that?

Does anyone recall when the show changed? Was it after that guy fell into the fire in Austrailia? Was that the show Colby should have won yet the jury gave it to the blonde woman?

Sorry, I rarely remember one season to the next. I only remember certain people if they stand out like Richard Hatch and his naked butt and his ensuing legal problems.

Survivor Video - Jeff Probst Cast Assessment - CBS.com

Well Probst really seems to love this cast. Oh, except for the 2 black women. What is up with that?

Interesting cast there..I like the cowboy and the mom of adopted kids best, after watching the interviews..and I too think enough of the returning characters, unless, as has been said, they are a cast of 'first voted off' returnees..I would love to see that.

I agree with you J.k.k., it does seem odd to have so many whacko people of color on reality shows...I also get tired of the mactors and would just love to see regular people instead of so many model-types. I assume they cast so many for eye-candy ratings. I don't really mind it when they bring people back but I think I prefer it in the All-Star or Heroes vs. Villains format than the way they've been doing it. Embarrassing to say but both myself and my teen daughter think Coach is kinda hot even though he is so full of himself and seems to believe his own mythology. That concerns me a little that my daughter likes the way he looks...I grew up in the '70's so I got used to the long-haired guys....what's her excuse?
