He will bring an honesty to the show that will take it to the next level.

I can't wait!
I gave him a chance. He's a vexation. That's the best thing I can say about him.

Who will? Definitely not me. The only reason I watched the X Factor was out of curiosity about Simon. Never watched any of these kinds of shows before and never liked him from what little I saw. Turns out he's not so bad. But I've had enough of this show. I just want to see where Josh comes out now and I'm done.

The same "curiosity" you had about Simon--you'll have for Stern.
You'll see I'm right.
There is no way on earth you will not watch at least ONE episode---just to see.

Man, I wish we could put money on this one. Mama needs a new pair'o-shoes.

I agree that Stern will cause a lot of people to initially watch just out of curiosity.

He will be water cooler talk in the morning---hey, see what Howard Stern said last night.

I agree with Simon Cowell when he said that Stern is not stupid and will not destroy the concept of the show by trying to tailor it to his radio show.

I was sort of put off with this announcement----but, now I think it could be interesting----Im sure the NBC sensors will be holding the censor button.

News reports say he is replacing Pierce. I can't stand him either, but may watch for the talent part. But if he get's out of control and starts giving the finger to those that boo him then it's outta there for me.

I'm afraid I will have to say the same. I really enjoy watching the acts and Piers Morgan never bothered me. He and Howie Mandel going at each other was kind of amusing.

But the couple of Stern's shows I have seen really led me to dislike the man. I also hope he doesn't use that persona on AGT.
