I write, of course, of the TV series Walker, Texas Ranger.

It's on USA all morning. The acting and script writing are pretty mediocre...and, sometimes it is a bit violent.

Nonetheless, I love this show. It promotes what I would call Traditional American Values, like monogamy, tolerance of people different from oneself, and the protection of children and helpless people.

Hooray for Chuck Norris. He's not a bad singer, either.
