Did anyone see this show that debuted on CBS last night? My wife and I gave it a try and we honestly weren't impressed. However, I do usually give a new show 2 or 3 episodes to get me hooked before I give up. What were your opinions?

I saw this. I missed the first 10 or 15 minutes though. I felt bad for Ben when his ex said that she had already gotten married an hour ago. It was pretty funny when they put Kate's kid to bed and they were being quiet, then Kate walked into the drum set. I might watch again.

It's a FOX show, not a CBS show.

I thought the premier was a bit corny, but had some promise. We'll definitely tune in for a couple more episodes to see how it shapes up. The little girl is just adorable (she's from the movie "We Bought a Zoo")

The Mindy Project, on the other hand, was horrible.

Full agreement there... The Mindy Project was beyond horrible. Only made it 15 mins in.

I didnt like New Girl either. I know its not new but I normally don't watch it and it was lame.

Ben and Kate on the other hand did show promise. It had slow moments but it made myself and Mrs laugh at times. I went ahead and schedule this show on the DVR for the season.

The Fox line-up is rather weak on comedies...

You're right, it's FOX. I was trying to go off of memory which apparently is horrible. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to edit.

Yes. The Mindy Project was really terrible. I changed the channel. I didn't turn away from Ben & Kate or The New Girl, but I just couldn't sit through The Mindy Project.
