And each one is very annoying.

I'm not sure why cellphone ads would be any more bothersome to me than any other ads..

I'd prefer cellphone ads to personal care products or Viagra pretty much any day.

Yes, I have noticed, and they annoy the living Hell out of me. Too many commercials have become redundant, and that goes for many others besides cellphone providers.

I rarely watch TV, since the ads are not targeted for my age group. This keeps me from getting annoyed by the utter stupidity of most of the commercials and TV programs currently running.

The old Metro PCS commercials with those incredibly stupid-acting Indian guys pushed me over the edge. No more.

I'm disgusted by the amount of commercials period...I avoid them as much as possible. The emphasis on cell phone just reflects the OCD attitude most people now have toward cell phones, especially the latest "toys".

The insurance ads, the prescription drug ads and the medical device ads are way more annoying to me.

Given the widespread, zombie-like obsession/obedience so many people have to their phones, it's not like they have to advertise a lot to get people to buy them. It reminds me of how TV networks blanketed viewers with ads for their top-rated shows, which seemed a waste of money since people were already watching those shows and didn't need the extra urging.

TV has ads and it isn't going to change.
