If you look at those lists of salaries put out by Forbes there is nobody from such highly ranked shows as CASTLE, NCIS: LA, PERSON OF INTEREST, BLUE BLOODS and CRIMINAL MINDS. In fact 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation are very low ranked show, and Last Man Standing just barely escaped cancellation.
The only salary on the web is $100K per episode for Nathan Fillion, and that seems to be at the end of the third season of Castle. Typically, the really large salary does not come until the fourth season as the producer lock down the actors pretty tight for the first three years until the show looks like it will be available for syndication.
The Forbes list includes income from all sources. Sofia Vergara acts in three different TV series, one in USA, and one in Mexico and another in Columbia. But most of her income comes from endorsements.

Fillion's contract started at $100K/episode. I read somewhere that Katic started at $30K/episode. My guess is that Fillion is at somewhere in the $150K-$200K/episode now and Katic is probably in the $100K/episode range.
Bear in mind that Katic was a relative nobody when "Castle" started and Fillion was already an established actor. That is why there was such a disparity in salaries.

The executives at ABC clearly didn't think much of the show. They initially only ordered 10 episodes as a mid-Season replacement in 2008-09 season. But now it is clearly their hit show of the 10pm dramas.
Even if the salaries were not high at the beginning, I would think that by now they would be making the $350K of the starting salaries of the lower rated Grey's anatomy.

Fillion is going to be in the next Percy Jackson Movie as, I think...Poseidon.
Castle only barely got renewed twice and ABC actually did a lot schedule-wise to help it by keeping the DWTS lead in.
I am pretty sure that I have read that in past negotiations, Fillion has willingly taken less money to ensure the show could stay on the air and also to pay the crew more.
As far as Caley Cuoco, as a pretty central character to making the number one comedy show on TV work, she was able to negotiate more money.

Castle's syndication deal is what is keeping it going. The $150million (roughly) TNT paid is pretty much funding the show and making it uber cheap to produce.
Before Firefly N.F. had a few small parts in
1998 Saving Private Ryan
1999 Blast from the Past
2000 Dracula 2000
And a supporting role in "Two Guys and a Girl" (60 out of 81 episodes)
After Firefly aired only 11 episode it averaged 4.7 million viewers per episode and was 98th in Nielsen ratings.
I'm guessing less than $250K for the entire series.
But ultimately it got him the movie part in Serenity. Castle was ranked #41, #28, #28, #20, and #17 over the five seasons and I am betting the clever Firefly references helped a lot to attract male viewers.
