Did they skip this week? I like it ever since I was bored and binged the first several epis.

I am mainly drawn to the psych Dr. and the cases he is called to.

the one with the clueless parents that decided not to vaccinate got to me because we had a set of those hippy dippys in our neighborhood at one time and their son got chicken pox and he was outside playing and some of the other moms came and got their kids away from him . Do they not understand they make their child an outcast by deciding not to vaccinate and putting the rest of the community in danger ? I must say I found their reaction to what the dr said typical because they know best right ? not always folks , not always and that dr needed to wake them up .

They did skip this week. I think it's back the last week of March.

Ain't that the truth! Go in with a broken wrist and they find something serious and next thing you need a trachea.

It didn't resonate with me. I found it boring. Chicago Fire and PD I enjoy. But some of the doctors are a bit pretentious on that show. Maybe it's the show plots. Isn't one of the docs being sued by the cancer patient who wanted to pass on and he wouldnt' let her?

Yes - I would be infuriated. But her husband is partly to blame. He didn't want to let her go and he didn't say 'No' to the Dr.

He should have said NO, but that would be beyond hard.

Sometimes I wonder whether they're writing this story to get rid of Nick Gehlfuss, who plays Dr. Will Halstead. I'd probably stop watching if so; I really like him. Look how they took an entire season to fire Charlie Barnett on Chicago Fire. They didn't take as long to fire Lauren German, but anyone who's watched a Dick Wolf show realizes he likes to fire actors almost as much as he likes producing TV shows.

Unfortunately for me, I never watched Chicago PD or Fire.

Shows like that aren't as good to watch if one doesn't know the characters and their backstories.
