One thing I noticed is that the home prices were not nearly as insane as they are in Manhattan. I always had heard that SF was as expensive as, and sometime more expensive than New York but that is not true from properties shown in this show. Manhattan apartments are very small and cost $2 million for a modest 2 bedroom. In SF you can get a much more spacious apartment for that price. I also did not care for the comment one of the guys made about Frederick Eckland which said he sold more than him. It seemed to be a bit of jealousy. He really seems like a jerk. Still I will be watching it tonight. Jay
I love MDL, but not this one! I don't care for the realtors at all. I'll probably watch it just to see the homes.
I did like that house in Alamo, I think that owner was drunk at the open house when she was saying she wanted more money for the house.
I'm starting to warm up to this season. Although I'm getting a bit annoyed by all the tech talk. Ok we get it. SF is a tech city. We don't have to be reminded of that every 2 minutes. The curly haired guy is becoming my favorite.
