You can always catch them on their 400 repeats during the week.
I wish. All three of those shows get their runs and then disappear for the rest of the year. I wanted to watch The Strain last year, but it had come and gone before I even realized it started. Heck even The Walking Dead which is the top rated show on cable gets a rerun that night, one rerun the following week during its run, a marathon before the end of each half season, and a marathon at Halloween.
I can't say I've noticed this on Sunday, but maybe that's just because the shows that I would watch aren't typically on at that time?
I'm not a huge TV viewer in general, but what I have noticed (and its a pet peeve) in general is some of the shows on Sunday night can be downright dreary, unpleasant, violent (or "action" oriented as the genre is called ), etc.
Is that really what people want to see on the day before most people are going back to work?
Meh, between DVR and On Demand, I can watch my favs most any time I want to. This is the last season for Falling Skies, so I'm interested to see how that one ends.
Same here. I DVR everything. No commercials and I can watch it when I want to.
+1. never watch live tv anymore except sports. But Sunday night is my heaviest recording night this summer with 9 series set to record at various times between 6-10pm
My DVR'd shows have commercials, its taping exactly as it airs. How are you recording without them?
You can fast forward through the commercials.
