I got rid of cable and bought the Roku and added services like Hulu Plus to watch TV shows that I like however with football starting very soon, I'm looking for any input on how I can watch any college/ NFL games this year. Any suggestions? I'm new to the streaming world and need to learn more about it.

Sling TV is the only one (for now) that offers ESPN. I think ESPN-U is an extra $5.

Your best bet is just to get an antenna to watch CBS/NBC for your Sunday football needs.
