I love how the first episode of this last season opens the same way as the first episode of the first season. Did you catch that? That was very clever writing and it was with the same cop and everything! I've only watched episode one so far... trying to pace myself.

That was fun watching Linda in therapist mode at her dinner party.

Yeah, lot of screen time for Linda in the first two. And she's so good as her character. I always love how Lucifer will say something in their "sessions", totally misunderstand her, make a conclusion that's 180 degrees from what she was leading him to, and walk out with a new approach. And Linda's always "No, that's not what I meant".

I loved the first few seasons but it has gone downhill for me in season 5. If I can get through 5 I hope 6 will be better.

Two for two with a disappointing season, First TWD and now this nonsense with the daughter. I enjoyed the show more when Lucy was full on devil.

Just watched the last two tonight. I thought it was an excellent finish. Both the season and the finale. Very moving. Writers & actors did a great job at plucking at my heartstrings. Loved seeing his daughter, she's got the best (and worst) of her parents in her. The entire story of his daughter, his "disappearance", their struggles... just really poignant.

My only nit is Lucifer has always been able to go back & forth. They could have given us a better explanation than "you can't come back". But it didn't detract from the emotional roller coaster they sent me on.

Damn, I'm gonna miss this show.

But I sure did enjoy the ride.
