I think she is attractive. I couldn't say "hot" because I wouldn't be a good judge of hot being a female myself. I like her and I like the fact that they keep using her in differently in the commercials. The ones where she plays all the members of her family are funny. She does it very well.
Show business is a hard one in which to succeed. She has made a career out of this and I say good for her.
You know, Flo the Progressive Insurance salesgirl. She's been on TV since 2008, longer than most sitcoms. I realize she's a fictional character, but something about that unchanging white uniform, big red lips, bizarre retro haircut, perennially upbeat personality, and sometimes there, sometimes not, beauty mark mole I find causes a subtle stirring in my nether regions. Any other Flo Fanatics out there? Inquiring minds....
When she's in that one commercial where she's in the pouring rain.... she's smokin' hot...
I'd almost want to go out and get into a wreck if I thought she'd show up... but I'm happy with my wife...

I completely agree, with everything here (I'm female too) I think she's very likeable, and funny.
I just saw her newest Progressive commercial - she's blonde!
