So now I have 3 inputs going to my TV: Roku for 99% of viewing; soon the FireTV for TCM & Chromecast which I only use to cast video from my laptop/phone, primarily used for live British TV that can be found online here & there without needing a vpn.
Nice! We'll all be over Saturday night!

Roku allowed Pornhub to be watched. Which I tend to view as creepy unless in a certain mood.

Firestick allows Youtube to be watched. One can find almost anything they want on Youtube. In the age of absolute crap "news" outlets, I love Youtube. May even buy Youtube premium to bypass ads. The news channels generally make no effort to be anything more than propaganda outlets. Generally.

Why would Roku not offer Youtube? Perhaps it does and I missed it?

I’ve had a Roku (3) for several years. YouTube was one of the default channels already available when I plugged it in to my TV.
I bought a couple of Roku sticks last month - they came “preloaded” with YouTube as well.
