At least with episode 1, probably the worst medical show I have ever seen. I wanted to like it because of 2 of the actors, but couldn't even get through that first episode. Trash. Axed from my schedule.
I just saw a trailer for this new show "The Resident" and although I wasn't impressed by the trailer, I did see several actors that I really like starring in it (Matt Czuchry and Emily Van Camp). So I'm really hoping that it has good writers and the potential to be the sleeper hit of 2018 .
We originally never heard of the show until we caught commercials after episode 2
I set up the DVR to record the series. I wasn't sure I'd like it after seeing the 1st episode; so we watched the 2nd, then 3rd. So far I'm liking it better then Chicago Med and Grey's Anatomy.
I do wonder what the history is between Conrad and the chief of surgery. They appear to have one.
I just finished watching the first 4 episodes, and I like the show. Actually, I think I like the actors themselves , and am not so sure about the writing, but I intend to keep watching.......
Oh my god I started watching it again and I'm really hating Melinda kinakerdes character . The lady dr with the really bad perm . I hate bruce greenwoods character too . was interesting to see the main characters father show up .

I don't care for Dr Bell either. Only a matter of time before he's found out. In the next episode previews it shows the hospital installed video in all the OR's.
Last episode was good. I knew they'd figure out what was wrong with the Jane Doe
Did they really recycle a Greys Anatomy storyline? The hospital's computer system is hacked and shuts all the power down? As soon as they saw that Greys did it, there should have been a serious re-write of tonight's episode.

Grey's isn't the only show to do it, I believe Chicago Med did it 1st. I think Night Shift also did it.
