I believe Malcolm was 9 or 10 when he discovered tgitb. So Eve would only have to be 4 or 5 years older than him to be believable as the girl 13 - 15. He's 32 now, and she could easily be 36, I think?

Now that I think about it, tgitb hurt her ankle while jogging, didn't she? And the surgeon happened upon her and took her to his house to fix it? If that was tgitb, she was older than teens IIRC.

I think the gitb was early 20's with dark hair, yes? Maybe she was Eve's older sister or something, but who else knew about her that could have told Eve about the whole thing?
The guy that kidnapped Malcolm who was the Dr's old accomplice knew about the gitb, didn't he? Could he have told Eve for some reason? It seems that Eve had known for a while, hasn't she? She's been cozying up to Malcolm's mother, but is now focused on him. So many questions.

It was pretty puzzling. I'll be disappointed if that's the real story. I'm hoping she set up a new identity and falsified some records to look like she's the sister, but she's really the daughter of the Surgeon's partner in crime or she's someone else up to something nefarious.
