Just curiosity. Hina Abdulla huh? I googled and this is her although not all of her images look like the commercial.
Never heard of her and I would have never found her. She's not very well known and does sort of remind me of Gal Gadot which I kind of have a crush on.

I googled Hina Abdullah, and I'm not positive if it's her. It could be, but like you said, there are a couple pics of her that do not look like the woman. "Hina Abdullah Nissan" does not provide any definitive hits.
No, this is definitely not who the OP is talking about. It is a different Nissan Commercial. The women in question looks either Latina or Middle Eastern.
