If we all liked and watched the same flavor and genre of TV show, series or movies, we would soon hate them because that is all we would be fed. Growing up with programs coming through rabbit ears, I was fed a steady diet of westerns, family sitcoms, doctor shows, lawyer shows, etc. There was little choice. I believe that is why today I rarely watch those types of shows (and never watch the old reruns) because I became saturated with them as a child, teenager and young adult!
Thank goodness for the variety. Although I scratch my head a lot at what many watch religiously......
THIS! And all those Real Housewives shows really annoy me. I have enough drama in my life. I don't want to watch people getting drunk and arguing/fighting all the time. To some it's a train wreck that you can't look away from, but to me it's just a train wreck.
Any reality show.
Any music contest show (Voice, X-Factor, etc). America's Got Talent is pretty good because there's other stuff besides people who can't sing, and the judges are OK.
MASH
Lucille Ball (OMG, I hate that hideous, screeching woman)
Friends
I haven't had extra pay cable (i.e., HBO, etc) for uber years so I know nothing about shows like Sopranos.
TV these days just plain sucks. The outright sexual comments and families yelling at each other are NOT pleasing. There isn't a single show on now that makes me think, "Oh, I've got to remember to watch that tonight."
The Young and the Restless: I like the an rolls concept in which TV series only last a year instead of several.
General Hospital: I've spent enough time in hospitals. I don't need to watch a show about one.
Law and Order, SVU: There are too many Cop/Law Enforcement shows.
The New Girl: I have nothing against Zoey Deschanel, et al, but the premise just seems dumb. 4 people in a 3 person apt? I know a fair amount of people need roommates in expensive cities, but seeing several roommates on a show isn't enjoyable to me because in reality, no one really wants to live like that: it's an extension of college.
Big Bang Theory: Kaley Cuoco was annoying on 8 Simple Rules. These other guys I don't mind so much, but I don't get the purpose of the show.
Once Upon a Time: Captain Hook lost his hand the crocodile, who happens to be Rumplestiltskin, who is Peter Pan's son, who s evil...Who came up with this crap (—Someone on drugs)?!
I honestly don't watch many shows these days. Most I just know exist due to commercials but these I have actually tried to watch, and they just make me go .

As an aside, I recognize not everyone has to like the same shows, but this is just asking for opinions of people personally don't care for. It's not going stop these popular shows from airing, or people who like it from watching, but just shows different strokes for different folk.
