I have been trying to figure out the name of a show I used to see either on Friday or Saturday nights on KHJ-TV channel 9 (now KCAL 9). It was a 30 minute show that aired around 7:30 p.m. I am pretty sure it was on that channel. If not it might have been KCOP but I am sure it was KHJ. It might have been just a local show, not sure about that. Anyways, all I remember it was some kind of entertainment show which had a guy dressed up as a werewolf and he would dance to a current hit song. One moment I remember is him dancing to the song "Why Can't We Be Friends" by War. Other "monsters" would appear and the set was like a horror house. I tried searching on the internet for vintage programming for KHJ with no luck.

Thanks!

No sweetie, that's not it. It was an evening show that aired approximately at 7 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. on Friday or Saturday nights. Thank you though for trying.

I wish I had more info. I did find out the name of the show a long while back and I thought I had saved the info on my computer somewhere but I can't find it. I am sorry for the lack of details but this was a show that aired approximately in 1976. If there was a way I could find out what programming aired at that time on that channel, I know I would know the show if I saw the name. Damn, this is really going to bug me. LOL

I know what it is..and I have never been to LA !!!!

The Hilarious House of Frightenstein with Vincent Price

Not only was it NOT a local LA show but it wasn't even an American show either but rather it was a show from Canada however it did air in quite a few markets around the US. I remember seeing it on WBFF channel 45 out of Baltimore. I also remember watching that werewolf dancing to the Osmonds's Down By The Lazy River

Could be some clips of this on You Tube.
