Natchitoches is a beautiful city in Louisanna.

Years ago, when I lasted posted a response on this thread, I said S.F.A. would win the "best" school because of the number of alumni and current enrollment. Other reasons I would have added to suggest S.F.A. was better.

Today, U.T. Tyler has about 3,000 more students than when this thread was originated, still two to three thousand behind S.F.A. I really like the campus of S.F.A. better, U.T. Tyler, slightly less, but nice, and is improving and will soon have an area for students to gather for outdoor events and entertainment, that should be top-notch. No football planned for U.T. Tyler, plan to have "best" facilities for all "other" sports, which U.T. pretty much DOES already have excellent facilities for most sports.

Now, U.T. has a pharmacy college, more degrees in other fields, in time, next ten years most likely, U.T. Tyler will likely be regarded to be the far better bang for your buck. IMHO.
