Tylerites should be ecstatic about getting a Marcos pizza...I thought dominos, pizza hut, mazzios etc were decent fast food pizzas until I tried Marcos...it's a gamechanger

Ok, where is Marcos, and just curious, what is better about it?

We also, have Rounders, big crowds, have not eaten there, built about two years ago, corner of Kinsey and Loop 323. Also, a new one in the Cumberland Shops development oh that is Rotollo's Pizzeria. Also, another one on Old Jacksonville Highway, Gusanos, and another on Broadway. Not a great pizza fan, maybe I should try these out. I do like DoubleDaves salads. They serve a big lunch in The Times Square Shopping Center. Anybody try PANjOZ Pizza, Shiloh and Troup Highway? Kens Pizza also has a better salad selection.

It's down off Broadway right before you get to cumberland village....right beside the bww...what's better about it?...where should I start...Im not a huge pizza fan either at all, but to me Marcos has a perfectly light crispy/chewy crust...incredibly fresh, tasteful, toppings..no soggy toppings...you can taste each individual topping separately...hands down, the best cheese I've tasted on a takeout pizza...just a great pizza...the pepperoni magnifico is excellent, and I wouldn't exactly call myself a pepperoni fan.. not a bad meatball sub either...I'm not saying it's authentic NY Pizza or Chicago style or Sicilian or whatever...but it is incredibly good for take out/delivery. Its the only pizza I eat in Houston

True story: I had the misfortune of having to eat a dominos pizza for lunch one day, after discovering that the marcos i usually go to close to my job is closed for remodeling. It was all I could do to not just throw the dominos out the window...it just doesn't cut it anymore now that I've tasted Marcos.

Brunos is good...I heard they use canned sauce, but it tasted good to me..they put lots of cheese on it, which I like....I liked Mr Gattis also..

Thanks, I'll look for it and give it a try. If I buy pizza, it's usually carry out, and the new CC's on old Jacksonville, started or has the $5 large pepperoni ready pizza, that I enjoy.
