I am an active Single Senior with no family in Texas looking for short term, safe, furnished, reasonable priced efficiency or small furnished one bedroom to rent while I research the Tyler area for a permanent one bedroom rental in South Tyler or close area. (Would like to be near a golf course so I can practice occasionally and/or Community Center to swim while I look for my permanent lower, moderately priced residence with that same type of environment.
From what I’ve read South Tyler is safest. It’s tooo busy where I’m at now near Dallas so will put my things in storage and look for a new place as a permanent rental. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
THANK YOU

My plan is to temporarily stay somewhere where I can check out safe areas In and around Tyler until I find a place to rent to permanently settle down, preferably from a private party who would like a retired, dependable, clean person who Will take care of the property . I will then have my furniture delivered from storage. A 1 bedroom plus optional small study, 1 bath with a garage. Price range from $850 - $950 per month.

You may want to drive around the Azalea District and check out some garage and backyard apartments. I used to live in the Azalea District and had a small studio apartment off my garage and I LOVED having a tenant there - I knew he would watch the property if we were gone and meanwhile he was just no problem - I never even knew he was out there - LOL.

I'm sure there are some apartments in your price range as well but I don't know about a furnished place.

Yes I would be interested as it will give me a base to look from. I want to check the outskirts of Tyler as I’m tired of driving out in the congested City. , golf areas and nice Community centers to see if they have an indoor pool. Thank you, I would appreciate her phone number and will contact her next week sometime. Thank you again, I appreciate your caring

Can- Do

I started to explain on here on the open forum, I've got some specific ideas, that I didn't want to possibly, create competition with you on your search. So for specifics, direct me, lol. If you don't want to, then if you prefer I would share the specific information for all to see.

What I have in mind may or may not help you, but I don't think you could find this on your on search.

Direct me if you like.
