Cascades or Hollytree? We are intrigued with the Cascades amenities. Any info would be great.

It seems like many people are against the Cascades development, but there are so many amenities (soon to be) available. Huge clubhouse, beach, lake front pool, lake house/restaurant, equestrian stables, nature trail, spa, etc. what's not to like? what are the issues of the foundations? seems that future resale values will be better in a community like cascades over a community like say hollytree or eagles bluff.

I heard that the Cascades are going south.....they were suppose to build all those big homes and they just aren't selling. I don't know anything about Hollytree other than they have a good Christmas show.

I toured The Mansions at Cascades this morning and then had lunch at the Club. I also toured one custom home. They have lots of big plans for the area.....Beautiful Golf Course!!!!
