Meeting Women in the Virgin Islands (living in, military, shop)

I am currently in the military, but i plan on attending UVI when i am done. I am a black male, single with no kids. i am just curious as to the customs and what to expect in meeting women in the VI? anybody who can shed any kind of light on the subject is appreciated!

My wife and I were married in St. Croix...5 years ago...and when we were in town...and she was shopping......I spent time taking to various people that had moved there...basically for the weather......from all parts of the world...I even found someone from Australia...what I found was there are alot of single....divorced...available women in all age groups that have moved there......unfortunately...most were working 2 jobs to make things work......so you should be able to find someone...but they may not have enough time to play......
