Good news. At least the US territories are not part of the demographic explosion belt. I hope it won't change in the future!

Default What's the pros of living in NM Islands?

Are caucasians accepted there? I'd like to go where there's less people and a little more freedom. How's the Gov there?

All the territories except Guam are hemorrhaging population. I suspect Guam's increase is only due to the military buildup.

The US can now join France, the Netherlands, Denmark, and the UK in finding ways to make their external areas viable places to live and work in the 21st century. Tourism and offshore banking can't be relied upon sadly.
