I was sure this was going to be about cattle!

I recommend the Bio Bay in Fajardo, Culebra or Caja de Muertos, Old San Juan and a drive through the interior mountains.

Remember when talking about vacationing in Puerto Rico, say vacation vaca in Spanish means cow and I thought your title was Puerto Rican Cow

Well, Condado is a popular vacationing area if you're into resorts and cultural amenities. It's the resort area of San Juan, in addition to Old San Juan

there was a famous PR vaca owned by a farmer called Jacinto who lived in Jobos. One stormy night Jacinto's vaca got loose and Jacinto set out to bring her back. It was a moonless night and while walking on the cliffs by the beach there he fell into a large blowhole and was sucked out to sea. His wife went crazy with grief and for years on moonless nights she would stand there screaming out his name 'Jacinto!' SHe's long dead but sometimes you can still hear her screams of sorrow.

you should go there too - el pozo de jacinto
