Hi, all -

We visited PR and went to these areas (and old San Juan and Humacao, etc., as well) and had a great time. I'm now on a second journey to look at reasonably priced, safe (ideally) beachfront or close-as-possible rentals that we could hopefully sublet to break even and allow for us to be able to visit more frequently.....and maybe actually buy a place in a couple of years.

I've looked at a lot of places in Isabela - and also heard Rincon is good. I see a potential issue with the subletting, though, and getting there from old San Juan (memorable traffic jam the other day).

Looking for advice on the real estate market in these areas and any other suggestions you may have! Would like to provide people with as enjoyable an experience as possible affordably!

Is there anther area that would be better?

THanks in advance for your input!

there is an airport right by those places you should fly into next time - Borinquen Airport (BQN).

DOnt know anything about real estate but rincon has so many condos now (rincondo they call it) i'm sure theres a cheap one for you.

Unfortunately, fares to BQN tend to be quite high if your trip does not originate/terminate in the destinations served nonstop by BQN. We have family in Aguadilla, and fares to BQN from PHX tended to be almost $500 more than to SJU.
