CNN article cautioning billionaires about moving to Puerto Rico for purposes of sheltering money from federal taxes. Most of the information here is common knowledge for people who follow what's going on in PR. What's different is that Puerto Rico's political, social, justice and criminal system issues are becoming more prevalent in the mainstream media...as they should be considering that the possibility of statehood is so close at hand.

Something to consider is why Gov. Padilla would do this knowing it will anger Washington DC. Being an anti-statehood politician could that be his primary motivation?

Aclarar por favor. It's important to know what's correct and what's not. Doesn't surprise me, when is the media entirely accurate?
