My wife, our four year old daughter, and I will be coming to San Juan at the very end of the year for a week. We'll be staying in the Condado area and we can't decide between two places.
The first one is at the southern tip of Park La Ventana al Mar. Here is a link:

The other one is on Calle Cervantes near the Plaza Antonia Quinones park. Both priced about the same. I can't tell if one area is nice than the other. The second one has a Starbucks and a walgreens, which may be important. They both have cafes, but again I'm not sure if one of the aareas has nice cafes than the other. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
