The Virgin Islands Daily News online. At least 10 shooting since last Thursday, open warfare in areas with cars full of guns firing in neighborhoods while the residents shoot back. Just sayin', and not judging. Hospital on high security alert because, in the past, guys have snuck in the back door and shot people in their hospital beds to eliminate a witness and exact revenge.

I've gotten wind of this too, but haven't investigated further or read the Daily News for the fine details yet. At the start of it, people seemed to think it was several, separate incidences, unrelated to each other. It's obvious now that is not the case! Holy mackerel is right...

No, never thought of that, and have never been concerned about them. They kill each other, constantly, regularly, and don't care who they hurt in the process. I used to have two Feds and a Chief of Police on speeddial. Just avoiding the caustic reactions from Cruzans who may want to defend their home soil or make excuses for the lack of concern for human life.
