Is there any reversal to that - people and families getting back into the plazas and public spaces?

couldnt say about all the plazas but the one in Mayaguez has been really upgraded by the placement of a little coffee shack in the square. in the 80s it was hookers and such. now its more family friendly.

the one in Rincon they have done similar and also hold an 'art walk' on thursdays. The one in Anasco was always decent.
