ABC NEWS, NBC NEWS are depicting the plight of people from our AMERICAN TERRITORY of Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, located in the South Eastern part of the Island, which has been reached with very-little help, no WATER, FOOD, ELECTRICITY, BATHROOMS, since hurricane Maria destroyed must of the Island, over a month ago.
