Yes. It's a real shame that people on the US mainland made the donations, then some group paying for the cost of shipping those containers of donations to Puerto Rico, only to have those containers sit and the contents not distributed to the islanders in need. The island is very mismanaged and unorganized.

When the next hurricane hits Puerto Rico, it just seems pointless to gather donations and ship them to the island if they don't know how to distribute the goods to where they need to go.

Trump was right. The Feds have to do everything.

You can't give money and supplies directly to Puerto Ricans and expect them to do something constructive with it.

So after about two weeks after the discovery of at least TEN trailers full of needed supplies. What has the Mayor of San Juan and the Governor of the island have to say?
