From Hurricane Maria on 9-20-17, in Isla Verde, Carolina, PR, how flooded were the streets and condos near the beach around Water Beach Club Hotel, Tartak Street, CVS?


Photos or videos of how flooded it was in that area?

it is my understanding that the municipal sewers are not properly maintained...to the naked eye the city also is excessively paved.
