I'm not denying that corruption exists in Puerto Rico but honestly for Trump to call others corrupt is the ultimate pot meet kettle situation. The guy is basically profiting off being president. One of his cabinet members and several top staffers have had to quit over impropriety.

Furthermore, in our system of government Congress has the power of the purse. Congress appropriated those funds and Trump is obligated to release those funds. His personal feelings on the matter are irrelevant.

Ridiculous. PR is systemically corrupt, and has been for decades. Any president has an obligation to make sure that funds are not stolen.
