Probably I am moving to Guam next couple month. I just received a initial job offer about a position (YA-2 1720 Education program specialist). I know it is so far away from here in Virginia to get here. Even I do not get a PCS cost from my employer, I do interested in moving to Guam where close to my home country Japan.
I could not find the things via Google which I need to know:
1.the housing cost, utility cost(someone mentioned average electricity $500 per month).
2. Cell phone is costly?
3. Driver's license, do I need to do written test?
4. inexpensive temporary housing close to Anderson AFB? Are there any youth hostels?
5. Auto insurance
6. Moped/motor cycle license?
