I ordered Mexican food in a small restaurant on Isla Verde and to this day I have no idea what they cooked up, but one thing for sure, it was nothing that you would be served in Mexico!

I worked with a lady in Santa Isabel who was Mexican and married to a Puerto Rican. She longed for Mexican food but couldn't really find any.

So on my trips back and forth, I would bring her as much Mexican groceries as I could in my luggage.
Made her happy.
