Puerto Rico Beach Rental (apartment, house, neighborhoods)

Is it possible to find a decent 1 or 2 bedroom beach house or apartment in a relatively nice area anywhere in Puerto Rico for $500 to $800 per month? Would like to rent from December thru March or april. We live in the cold, cold midwest and would like to try Puerto Rico during the worst part of our winters here in the upper midwest.

There are a lot of places like you said in Cabo Rojo (Southwest part of PR). Most of them in neighborhoods like Joyudas, Belvedere, Boquerón, Combate, and others.
