Ok , so I have made my mind up to take a travel assignment to STX if I can find one and see if it really is where I want to live before I move there. I have looked at every travel sight and they all want you to fill out 20+ pg apps, only to tell you they don't have assignments there. And for the 20th time NO, i am not interested in traveling anywhere else! So , if you have, or do work for a travel company for nurses, can you please let me know. Also, not to be rude, I am not interested in why or why not to move there, only companies where I can. Thanks in advance!

SunsetBeachFL: With all due respect, this is not what the OP is looking for.

trmihall01 - I don't know who the agencies are who represent the traveler nurses who come here but your best bet is to call the local hospitals on both islands and ask them. The number for the Roy Lester Schneider Hospital on St Thomas is 340-776-8311 (Schneider Regional Medical Center) and for the Juan Luis Hospital on St Croix is 340-778-6311 (Hospital)

Best to call directly.
