Hippies or no hippies, I would not call Europeans as Hippies yet for some reason they are much more liberated than the Americans. I think that making Puerto Rico into the Amsterdam of the Americas would bring much more needed jobs then could be generated otherwise. If the experiment would end up having negative effects, then it can always be reversed.

I agree, Puerto Rico needs more nude beaches, that will bring in lots of tourists.

Drive from Yabucoa to Patillas!!! amazing views, towards Patillas you'll be drivin alongside the coast. You could also drive along the coast in Isabela.

This will bring in alot of tourists and clean the area.. Funny how they have sec 8 housing projects very close to 4-5 star hotels!!

ALL PR beaches are public by law. It is illegal to restrict access to any beach. It doesn't matter that there is a 5 star hotel in front of it, they can't deny you from using it.
