I'm just curious. How many of us who frequent this forum actually live in the U.S. territories. It seems like there are only a few. For the record, I live in PR.
STX, full-time 2 yrs. last month; not counting the year and half we spent coming here to look at property. We thought we'd do 6 mos. here and 6 mos. in FL - Not a chance!
Love the people; only dislike that I can't order and receive everything online like I could in FL. Anyone want to rent a beach front house in FL? Okay, I'll start another thread on absentee landlords in a new thread.. coming soon to a rant near you.
I was born and lived in PR from 1976-1999. Other than my wife and kids and a few cousins, the rest of my family still lives there, so I keep myself current on everything that happens there. I try to visit once a year, although, due to work, it is not always possible.
I'm new to these boards. I've lived in PR for a year. Originally from CA, but I've lived in several other states as well.
