Yeah it depends if you want to live in a suburb or if you don't mind living in an urban area.

You could live in Santurce. We just need to hear a bit about your budget for the school. I would recommend a private school because of the English courses. I studied at a private school in Dorado. Lived in Dorado all my life. If you want to live by the beach, Dorado is your place.

If you want to live in an urban center close to Old San Juan and near a beach, I would recommend Condado / Puerta de Tierra. All have a beach nearby. Cost of living in an urban center is also much less than in Dorado due to the lessend gasoline consumption.
