It looks like I may have to move to EB if the Tiers arent extended. My question is this, I am a union electrician, I already know that it counts as one job search per week. My question is, does it matter if my other two job searches were either fullfilled via the internet (monster) or calling up a contractor and inquiring about vacancies? IS there a rule saying that I have to have 1 in person inquiry, 1 phone inquiry and 1 internet inquiry?

Also there are many companies such as comcast and verizon that have multiple positions openings that I am qualified for. Can I reapply each week for EB purposes as long as they are different job functions? These are jobs that I am acutally over qualified for. I'd hate to apply to one of those jobs only for myself to not to be able to apply for other openings weekly for EB purposes.

When doing phone inquiries, is it standard practice to just ask if they have any openings and take down the name, date and time of the person that I have called?

On monster.com, Can I use two job inquiries i submitted with my resume as my 2 weekly job searches?

Any insight and help is greatly appreciated
