NJ EB Job search form (receive, claim, employment)

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere- Just got on NJ EB and grateful for it. Am about to submit my first job search form. Question: do they withhold benefits until they receive the search form or can I claim and receive funds as usual? I am not supposed to mail it until tomorrow and mail pick up here is notoriously bad.
I don't know if they don't release the benefits until they have the search form in hand.

In my case I have mailed the forms in and filed my claims and have had no problems receiving my benefits on schedule.
